Jessica Preile advises and assists the clients of the Firm mainly in family law and employment law, whether it be in the context of complex disputes or in the context of an amicable settlement, such as a mediation or a collaborative law process.

Active in our Private Clients team, Jessica Preile advises the Swiss and international clients of the Firm in all areas of family law, in particular in matters of protection of the marital union, cohabitation, divorce, dissolution of a registered partnership and in matters relating to children (parental authority, custody and visiting rights). Thanks to her solid experience before the judicial civil autorities, Jessica Preile regualry acts as a child’s representative or as a deputy to supervise the contact between the child and the parents. Committed to defending her clients' interests while remaining attentive to the human dimension of family conflicts, she will always favour an amicable approach when it is possible.
