Bettina Navratil (Fleischmann) advises private clients as well as public authorities and institutions in the field of public law. She is also active in both public and private real estate law.

In the field of public law, her practice areas include in particular spatial planning, public procurement, civil service, administrative decentralisation and cross-border transport. Bettina Navratil is also experienced in the drafting of complex contracts. She is active in both advisory and judicial work, representing the firm's clients before cantonal and federal administrative and civil judicial authorities.
