Anne-Virginie La Spada advises Swiss and international clients of the Firm in the areas of intellectual property (trademarks, designs, copyright), unfair competition and internet law.
She regularly represents clients in proceedings before the Swiss Institute of Intellectual Property and before the courts. She is an expert for domain name disputes with WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Center. In the contractual field, Anne-Virginie has an in-depth experience of negotiating and drafting IP related agreements (including franchising, licensing and publishing agreements) as well as commercial contracts, especially in the fields of distribution and e-commerce. General terms & conditions of sale and privacy policies for online platforms also belong to her practice areas.
